The University of Texas says four black students have accepted offers to attend its law school, no longer allowed to use race as a factor for admission. Last year, 31 blacks entered the school. At California's prestigious Boalt Hall, under a similar ban, none of the 14 blacks offered admission for this fall have accepted.
