A Miami police SWAT team and news crews descended on a houseboat after a report that a mysterious gunman - perhaps Andrew Cunanan - was holed up there. Police paramilitaries stormed the boat amid shouting and gunfire only to emerge minutes later to say that no one was aboard the craft.
