Genetic Bias Bill
Clinton announced Monday that he'll support a bill to outlaw "genetic discrimination" by health insurers. The bill would ban insurers from basing coverage on a person's genetic makeup. In a report issued Monday, the administration warns that, without such protections, people will shy away from otherwise useful genetic testing.
