Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. and Time Warner have ended an epic battle over cable-TV access with a deal that gives Murdoch's Fox News channel space on two-thirds of Time Warner's cable systems, including one in New York City. In return, Time Warner will get to use Murdoch satellites to extend the reach of Home Box Office, CNN, and other channels to South America, Central America, and Asia.
