Ulster Talks

Hardliner Ian Paisley launched a campaign to halt peace talks on Northern Ireland. He argued that the province's loyalist parties should not negotiate with nationalists because they have not committed to immediate disarmament or forsworn their goal of ending British rule of the Six Counties.
