Civil defense teams freed five buses carrying 200 people from a mountain highway where they were trapped by storms that have dropped 5 feet of snow. Rescuers were still working to free an additional 200 bus-bound people 300 miles southeast of Lima. Six people have died on the unheated buses so far.
