Israeli-Palestinian Talks

US peace envoy Dennis Ross urged Palestinian and Israeli officials to resume close cooperation on facing terrorist threats. Although the two sides did sit together with Ross, Palestinians said cooperation is impossible until Israel fully lives up to the terms of peace accords. Israel said such action is not feasible until Palestinian officials deal effectively with terrorists.
