McVeigh Rebuffed

The convicted Oklahoma City bomber will be formally sentenced to death Thursday in the wake of his lawyers' failure to convince a federal judge to give him a new trial. The lawyers argued that the jury was tainted by a combination of pretrial publicity and overly prejudicial testimony.
