Albright in Jerusalem

US Secretary of State Albright prodded both sides in the Mideast on Wednesday. She said Arafat should expect Israeli concessions only after he cracks down on terrorism, but also urged Netanyahu to open borders to Palestinian workers and resume repayments to the Palestinian Authority.
