Hillary Rodham Clinton, resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in the District of Columbia, marked her 50th birthday. Among surprises: a Saturday night dinner with 75 of her dearest friends and a visit from daughter Chelsea, who dropped in from her new home at Stanford University.
