The Palestinian leader today answered speculation that he is ailing, proclaiming to reporters outside his Gaza City office, "I am feeling well ... in spite of all the mass media propaganda against my health." Arafat's lower lip trembled during the appearance, as it has on other public occassions recently. That fact has led to reports that the 68-year-old is showing early signs of Parkinson's disease.
