UN Condemns Iraq

The Security Council voted unanimously to condemn Iraq, and said "further measures" would be taken if Saddam does not allow UN weapons inspectors to go forward with their work. Military action wasn't specified in the resolution, but the US said it, for one, has "not ruled out military responses" in the event of noncompliance.
