The FTC is ordering cigar-makers - popularized of late by stogie-puffing celebrities like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Demi Moore - to report the number of smokes sold and the amount spent on advertising, merchandising, and promotion in 1996 and 1997. The FTC is worried that American teens will be the next to embrace the trend - in fact, as many as 25 percent are believed to have smoked a cigar in the past year.
