Hoping to encourage the use of condoms, France has commissioned some of the country's film directors to shoot a series of short pornographic movies showing the prophylactics in action. Five extra-skin flicks, made by directors such as Marc Caro and Lucile Hadzihalilovic, will be sandwiched between full-length hard-core films shown on cable television station Canal Plus, which is picking up a large share of the costs.
