Tony's Tiny Trouble

It hardly compares with anything his friend Bill is caught up in, but Britain's Tony Blair finds himself in a bit of political trouble. A parliamentary watchdog ruled that a 1996 trip to the 1996 British Grand Prix by the then-MP should have been declared, but wasn't. The event amounted to a US$480 gift, over the legal $345 limit. Blair says he didn't report the freebie because he attended in a official capacity, but a spokesman says he now accepts the commissioner's ruling.
