Weighing Impeachment

House Republican heavyweights Gingrich and Hyde met Wednesday and are reportedly in agreement on a plan to seat a small group of members, most from Hyde's Judiciary Committee, to review allegations against the president. But the assessment won't take place until Starr delivers a report on his probe. The ad hoc group will then make a recommendation on the impeachment question.
