Rwanda said that on Friday it will put to death 33 people convicted of playing a role in the 1994 Hutu-government-backed genocide of hundreds of thousands of mostly Tutsis. In the United States early Wednesday, Arizona executed a Honduran man convicted of killing his girlfriend in 1983, and the state of Missouri put to death a man convicted of murdering a state trooper in 1988.
