Charles Keating, infamous financier and symbol of the '80s S&L debacle, is out of jail after a five-day visit. He had been arrested last week after violating conditions of his 1996 release by applying for a passport. Then while in jail, he drank a cup of shampoo -- accidently, his lawyer said -- and was put on suicide watch. Wednesday a judge freed Keating, but restricted his travel to California and Arizona.
