Two Arkansas men were charged with first-degree murder Monday after they left two little girls -- one four months old, the other 16 months -- in a closed up car for eight hours on a warm day this past weekend. Temperatures in the black vehicle quickly climbed to more than 140 degrees, authorities believe. "It was so hot in that car, that the 16-month-old -- her head hurt so bad -- she had her own hair pulled out by the roots in her own clenched little fists," a prosecutor said.
