Botha Accused

Back on trial for shunning South Africa's truth commission, former President P.W. Botha was accused on Monday of knowing far more than he admits about apartheid murder plans. Out of power since 1989, 82-year-old Pieter Willem Botha, known as the "Great Crocodile" for his harsh suppression of black resistance, denies involvement and refuses to apologize for apartheid, saying he will answer only to God for his sins.
