Jason Ennis, 21, of Hartford, Connecticut, is behind bars because his bursting-to-the-seams suitcase broke open: first upon arrival at Bradley International and later when he went to claim it. A baggage handler made the discovery and tipped police, who closed the suitcase, put it on the luggage carousel, and waited for the owner to pick it up.
