Market Update

Most US stocks fell in late Tuesday trading after the Federal Reserve cut the interest rate by just a quarter point. Some investors were hoping for a bigger cut to spur economic growth. The Dow slipped 81.10 to 8027.74, the Nasdaq dropped 15.11 to 1724.11, and the Wired Index lost 3.14 to 393.26.
