US stocks fell Thursday after Japanese business leaders said their economy will probably get even worse, raising concerns about a global recession. The Dow dropped 174.05 to 7668.57, the Nasdaq declined 68.81 to 1625.03, and the Wired Index plunged 15.17 to 362.27.
