Mexican police and FBI agents are excavating sites near the Texas border after an FBI informer told authorities that the area contains a mass grave for scores of people murdered by drug traffickers during the past several years. According to The New York Times, the informer -- a former Mexican police officer -- said as many as 200 people may be buried near the outskirts of Ciudad Juarez, which is just across the border from El Paso.
