Former Beatle George Harrison has been discharged from Harefield hospital in northwest London to begin a belated New Year's celebration with his family. A hospital spokesman said Harrison, who was stabbed in the chest Wednesday night by an intruder said to be obsessed with the Beatles, was judged well enough to go after a series of tests. Harrison had left the hospital on Saturday evening, but asked the staff not to release the news until Sunday.
