I like the idea that NASA is doing what they are planning to do, but, as an international citizen, I think that it was wrong over what Goldin said about technology not only helping the space program but all of America as well! ("NASA Explores Bigger Budget," 7.Feb.2000) What, do we still live in the Cold War here or what? This is a world economy and a global effort to explore the far reaches of space with everyone backing this institution except the government.
