Subject: Hotmail Cold In Some Parts
I find it ludicrous that someone would have such an unfounded righteous anger towards an outage of a service that is free ("Hotmail Cold In Some Parts," June 13, 2000).
Someone that is reliant on Hotmail for everyday business should look into a real POP account from an actual ISP. After all, the age-old adage still very much holds true: You get what you pay for.
