Subject: ATF Admits Tracking Jim Bell
It seems to be a growing trend across this republic that defendants are no longer allowed to present defense witnesses ("ATF Admits Tracking Jim Bell," Apr. 6, 2001). Judges deny subpoenas from the defense in direct violation of Article Vl of the Bill Of Rights. In the last year, this trend has reached truly frightening proportions. When the Constitution is violated in such a manner, all protections are lost. It is particularly distressing when Judges resort to assisting in the destruction of these so-called inalienable rights. Violence is sure to grow as more citizens realize they have no chance in our courts of law and resist arrest with ever growing ferocity. After reading about trial after trial being handled in this manner, I know what course of action I will take.
