Sun worshippers everywhere should eat pizza to protect their skin. That's according to a study by a group of German scientists at Duesseldorf University, who say the unique mix of ingredients in pizza is the perfect combination to keep out harmful UV rays -- just 40 grams of tomatoes and olive oil a day could triple the skin's ability to protect itself against the sun. Tomatoes give the skin "basic protection," but the professors caution that sun creams should still be used. They say a pizza will only offer protection for about two weeks, after which another dose would be needed.
