Emergency Landing

Stereotyping is considered "not nice" these days, but sometimes these things can't be avoided. Take cops and doughnuts. A policeman in Albuquerque, New Mexico and his civilian pilot are hip deep in trouble after they landed their chopper in a parking lot so the copper could run into a local Krispy Kreme and snag a dozen doughnuts. The pair was on patrol around 1 a.m. Thursday when the officer, who was not named, apparently got the munchies. The pit stop was witnessed by an angry taxpayer and now the cop, at least, faces disciplinary action.
