Subject: '678': The 666 of DSL Users
Good article ('678': The 666 of DSL Users , May 28, 2002), I just wish I had seen it last week.
I was on the phone with tech support (Verizon) for two nights for a total of fivehours. They had no advice to offer, they were stumped. I decided to try a newethernet card, although they told me it wouldn't make a difference. I triedit and I was up and running.
No thanks to Verizon.
