According to a new study, too much work and too little sleep may make Jack a dead boy. The British-Japanese study, published Wednesday in the Journal Of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, says "working 60 or more hours a week, and regularly not getting much sleep, may double the risk of having a heart attack." The authors conclude the optimal workweek is a maximum 40 hours and advise those working longer to get more sleep and take longer breaks. That's all well and good, but try telling that to your boss.
