As a software support professional in the United States, all I can say is -- it serves 'em right (IT Staffing Crisis Looms in India, Dec. 31, 2002). I've watched as my employer has shipped more and more jobs to foreign countries, all in the name of making bigger profits to be shared by fewer and fewer employees.
