Subject: RIAA's Rosen Sets Sights on ISPs
What is it about this one guy that attracted the RIAA (RIAA's Rosen Sets Sights on ISPs, Jan. 22, 2003)? The news reports that he was sharing "over 600 songs" like this is some egregious, excessive violation. I have seen numerous users with thousands of files shared, so it's not the number. Why this one guy?
