Although it's been nearly two days since the Pentagon asked Fox News to get Geraldo Rivera out of Iraq, the grandstanding reporter remains with the 101st Airborne Division and in his latest report made no mention of leaving. Rivera, who angered military officials by revealing a planned manuever by the 101st two hours before it was carried out, was hired by Fox to cover the war. The spokesman for a media watchdog organization lamented Fox's hiring choice, but said he wasn't sure that what Rivera did was a firing offense. Maybe not, but the Army no doubt would like it to be a firing-squad offense.
