Despite the low turnout and the dismal or dismissive predictions about this being the last Macworld scheduled for New York City, Mac fans have begun to "think different" about their expo. They’ve decided to have a good time in spite of the lack of the hoped-for announcement of forthcoming G5 PowerBooks.

Apple is front and center this week at the Macworld CreativePro Expo, in a huge booth where pride of place has been given to an exhibit of the new G5 PowerMacs.

TekServe, Manhattan’s favorite Macintosh repair center, is housed in a booth that has a sideshow theme complete with a "Live! Two-headed iMac" exhibit.
