in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh who are
legally dead and have no official existence.
They're still walking around, though.
This is like suffering the undocumented life of
an illegal emigrant, only your own relatives
have briskly written you out of the land of the
iving. It's kinda the final-solution version of
I.D. theft.
