Apple opened its second store in Japan at the weekend. The Shinsaibashi Store in Osaka features a stunning spiral glass staircase.
For Saturday's grand opening, Gary Allen of IFOAppleStore flew out from California. Once again, Allen camped overnight on the sidewalk to be one of the first inside. The event attracted a crowd of about 1,400, according to Allen's report. On sale were several hundred lucky bags and hard-to-get iPod minis.
