Headless Body in Topless Car

An Atlanta man is facing vehicluar homicide and drunk driving charges after his truck hit a curb near a telephone pole early Sunday, decapitating his passenger who had been partially out of the window when the accident occurred. John Hutcherson, 21, was covered in blood and visibly drunk when police arrested him in his bed after a neighbor reported seeing a headless body dangling from Hutcherson's truck. Police found the head of 23-year-old Francis Brohm at the accident scene. Brohm was apparently decapitated by a guide wire running from the telephone. "Alcohol is believed to be the contributing factor," police said.
