California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger made it clear that if he does any last-minute, out-of-state campaigning at all for George W. Bush, Ohio is the only state he'll consider visiting. Schwarzenegger, in San Francisco Monday to push for a ballot measure that would make it harder for the state to tap local resources when it needs money, said that California voters sent him to Sacramento to work for them, not the president. He's no doubt mindful that in a heavily Democratic state expected to vote handily for John Kerry, any overt support for Bush could come back to haunt him down the road.
