Roy Forest says he uses his phone like this for privacy. A customer service rep for Metairie Bank in New Orleans, Forest says he has always held the phone in front of his mouth, whatever the model. "Â'I've had problems because (of) people saying they can't hear me," he said. "Also I try to make sure no one can read my lips. Crazy things happen in the world."
