like the border passport scheme and the Total
Information Awareness malarkey.
Why is it that, even when they fully control both houses
of Congress, Republicans still don't know how to
pass legislation? They're sticking this ID farrago together
in awful haste and in the dead of night
as if it were the Terri Schiavo Resuscitation Bill.
