Allow me to boast slightly now, in my low-key Texan fashion

Okay, you see those GIANT DESIGNER-WHITE CUBES

dominating the time-honored city square of Copenhagen?

My students designed those!

That's some kinda artsy cyberpunk-futurist

Pasadena designer cultural-imperialism going down there;

folks, I couldn't be prouder.

I'm especially pleased that they did all the hard work

while I was back in La-La Land, sipping

California wine and occasionally blogging.

This was the definition of a "maturing experience" for them.

After a summer laboring in Denmark, those students look and talk just like real grown-up hands-on pro designers.

They've even kind of gone native, with nifty little

Scandinavian sweaters and hip-hugging Viking

leather belts! You'd kinda have to see this to

fully appreciate their educative transformation.

Boy is that rich!
