In Singapore, they beat your ass with a stick if you
spray grafitti. On the other hand, nobody seems to
have banned these tidy little stickers. They're every
bit as mysterious as actual grafitti. I'd be guessing
they're retailed commercially in teen stores.

This is the weird part: the publicly financed,
arts-grant, state-supported and official Singaporean
'grafitti.' This entirely tolerated pseudo-grafitti
practically looks like 'real' gangbanger grafitti, only
I imagine the artist went through a graphic design school.
