Sometimes the silliest little things can make you smile. Like this folding USB/SD card from SanDisk. In every way that matters, it's an ordinary SD card. It fits in any SD slot and works like any other memory card. But unsnap the back end and this thing folds up to reveal a USB connector, which instantly makes this little guy the handiest little memory card around. With USB compatibility, you can take your card straight from camera or PDA to notebook or PC, even if your machine has no adapter. This is especially great for Apple PowerBooks, which ship inexplicably devoid of any media card reader. The 512MB SanDisk Ultra II Plus SD Card runs about $80 and the 1GB version runs about $135 from SanDisk.
