Most people use TiVo to skip over commercials, but now the company is making it easier to deliver ads to consumers. In a move announced yesterday, TiVo is planning to use its already established programming search features to let you pick the kinds of ads you'd rather see. This announcement comes on the heels of last week's proclamation that TiVo will soon let you play recorded shows on your iPod or Sony PSP (a plan that is already being contested by NBC).
