They weren't all feminists, by any means. This is an organized
group of marching atheists. Actually, I think it's the
"atheists and rational agnostics alliance." Maybe they'll
take over Washington some day.
Later these cats set up a little book table full
of some especially choice tomes of bitter anti-clerical
rhetoric. Mind you, this was right in the shadow of
the Duomo, which is, let's face it, a giant Catholic
cathedral.
It's interesting to see people marching in
the streets in solidarity with a chemical compound.
