There's a new browser on the block for Mac users. It's called Shiira, and it's an open-source browser coded by a small crew in Japan. It looks and behaves somewhat like Safari, but claims to be an improvement over Apple's stock browser. The RSS support, easy bookmark migration, and built-in private browsing features are already first class and have Safari beat.
One of the coolest features is Tab Expose, which lets you see all of the browser's open tabs at once using an Expose-style layout:

There's also a mini version of Shiira available for the OS X Dashboard. The mini browser has a button on it that takes you to a full-browser version of the same page. Useful stuff!
