Hi – I'm one of the fiction editors for _Strange Horizons_. Was pleased to see our "Stories we see too often" list linked in your blog – we prefer that people ask for permission before reprinting the whole list, but we would've happily granted it, so I hereby retroactively grant it. Thanks for posting!

One problem, though: it looks like you may have copied from your browser

window and pasted the result, rather than copying the HTML code.

Unfortunately, the result is that the numbering and formatting are really

messed up.

Would it be possible for you to replace the list in your blog entry (which is all unstructured paragraphs with hardcoded numbers) with the HTML code from our list (which uses ol tags to nicely number and letter and indent the items)?

If you don't have an easy way to copy the HTML, I can email it to you, if that would help.

If you can't put HTML into an entry, can I email you a version with

hardcoded letters for the sub-items instead of numbers? I just think the

version you've got in your blog is very hard to follow, because of the

numbers.

thanks,

–jed
