You kids seem to like it when I post things about Oblivion, so here we go again. Via an interview with Bethesda on Gamers With Jobs1 comes news of an Oblivion mod that equalizes racial attributes according to a certain gender.
This is not to say that now the MEN can run around naked.2 But it does mean that you can make a male fish thing as intelligent as a female fish thing, and vice versa. In the unadulterated game, males are generally physically stronger and females are generally more intelligent and persuasive. I am not sure where they came up with this out-of-this-world concept.
